Dentalum Operations AB (publ) recruits Jens Bruno as Dentalum’s new CFO while Sofi Eriksson, current CFO, takes on a strategic role as Executive Advisor, focusing on M&A and leading the preparations for the planned IPO in 2023.
In line with previous communication from the Board of Directors, the company continuous to focus on growth with an intention to list Dentalum Group’s shares on a stock exchange in 2023. To meet these targets, Sofi Eriksson, the current CFO of Dentalum, will take on the role as Executive Advisor focusing on M&A and IPO lead. At the same time, Jens Bruno, Dentalum’s new CFO of Dentalum, will continue to build Dentalum’s accounting and finance function. Jens most recently worked at the publicly traded betting company Spiffbet AB (publ) and has previous experience as CFO in listed and international companies. Jens will be part of the management team and the employment commences on April 11, 2022.
Dentalum has during these two years experienced strong growth and has, by acquisition of 21 clinics, become one of the leading Dental Service Organisations in Sweden. To finance the growth, Dentalum has worked actively with fund raising, establishing IFRS-reporting standards as well as issuing bonds, listed on Nasdaq, amounting to a total of 400 MSEK within a 600 MSEK framework. In addition to this, Dentalum recently closed a directed new share issue of approx. 170 MSEK with several well-known investors participating.
